Founded in 1982 by Haj Abu Ahmed, Cedars Bakery began as a small neighborhood bakery in Dearborn — built on sacrifice, hard work, and family.

Three generations later, Fouad and his son Adam continue the dream. The recipes, the heart, and the commitment to community have never changed. The only thing that's changed is how many families we can feed.
